Our agents enjoy helping people and we pride ourselves on the fact that much of our business comes from referrals by satisfied clients. While some sellers are interested in retaining control as a FSBO and find great value in just the marketing we provide, many opt four our full service representation, paid at closing. Additionally, the accumulation of listings also provides a steady stream of potential buyers.
By keeping our overhead low, our agents are able to take home more of the money they earn and not pay for unnecessary corporate expenses. Commissions up to $90,000 are split 80% to the agent, 20% to Selling Directly. Upon reaching $90,000 in gross commissions, individual agents will retain an exceptional split of 90%. With our company, listing properties offers a steady and immediate income. Agents are actually paid for the work they perform.
We strive to keep agent expenses as low as possible to cover only what is necessary. The only office fee is $50/month; any other expenses (MLS Dues, E&O, etc.) are reimbursed for convenience. Agents are not charged for leads provided on a rotating basis through phone duty and website referrals.
Selling Directly agents enjoy the opportunity to work from the privacy of their own home on a schedule that fits their needs. All files are submitted electronically and all necessary supplies, including signs, lockboxes, Selling Directly information folders, and business cards, are conveniently available at-cost through an email request.
Just because you have the freedom to make your own success doesn’t mean you’ll be left to figure things out on your own. The entire company meets monthly to generate new ideas for growth. In addition to marketing challenges, the managing broker offers rewards and incentives to keep agents motivated. Upon joining the Selling Directly team, agents will receive everything needed to get started, including an agent manual, promotional materials, and a set of starter supplies. New agents will meet regularly one-on-one to learn how to successfully implement a plan to success.
