 I have been a realtor in the Triangle area for more than 10 years. Before that, I enjoyed teaching mathematics at various universities. I have been living in this area since 1983.
After we moved from Egypt in 1979 and settled down we bought a house. Purchasing our first home was not an easy experience. This is why I like to work with first-time home buyers to make their experience as smooth as it can be.
My love for math made me interested in the financial part of the buying/selling process. I’ve studied the different loans provided by lenders and NC housing. I am an expert when it comes to qualifying people and directing them to the right loan that is best for them.
I have worked with a lot of sellers and I have a proven record of success selling houses in a short time. I start by helping sellers stage their houses to look appealing to sell fast.
